Iron Horse Project shows interest

In December Callinan took an interest in the Iron Horse Project in Labrador. I expect we have the local experience of Roland Butler to thank for putting that together.  Now I read that "Gold Royalties Corporation Agrees to Acquire Iron Horse Project Royalty"    I find it interesting that another player 2 months later is taking a royalty position that looks to be somewhat equivalant to Roland's deal.  Nice to get an independant market valuation.  Can anyone read the fine print and figure who negotiated the better deal, was it CAA or GRO?
