Something COOKED-UP!

COOKED-UP!  I do not like that expression that is one of my concerns.  I have been a longtime hold of Calvalley shares and I want to be reward for holding on to the stock.  I do not want to be screwed by management by having some on take us out at $3.00 and telling us we got a premium.  I can see it now managament withholds good news, we get taken out and then the good news comes out and we are high and dry.
