The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities and non-convertible income securities. The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. The investment advisor of the Fund is Advent Capital Management, LLC.

I'm not heading anywhere - just asked some questions and laid out some possibilities.

These boards are infected with myopic thinking with rose colored lenses. So I thought it important to toss out possibilities.

Just because someone never thought of something, does not mean it isn't a possible outcome.  [Hope that isn't a shock to anyone.]

So the question is - What is IMG's next move?

  •  Make an offer to buy out Avnel, or
  •  Release the 43-101 Report.
  •  Do nothing
  •  Sell themselves to G, AEM, or NMC?
