'but in rellation to Ping Yi, not only was it a complete disaster, but it was also an example of the total lack of operational capabilities that existed at that time ( due mostly to the hubris of Dr. Lee), and in addition, the company was so opaque about what was occurring at the time that they came very close to what can only be called criminal misrepresentation.'

Bar:  I could have written these words verbatim...in fact I did.  Almost one year ago, or whenever DL revealed PY was to be sold back to the previous owners, I was furious and wrote a scathing  post severely criticizing Lee...as I did when Bracy left because I believe he was pushed out.  It seems, for whatever reason, Lee wanted a more racially homogeneous board and one that lent itself to 'yes' men.  Dennis clearly had objections to some of what DL was doing,

It all may have worked out for the best in the long run but doesn't excuse his handling of PY (Forget the Bracy reference...I digress.)

I also wrote my thoughts about moving some operations to IM for the very same reasons you describe.

No need for aplologies, we are on the same page in regard to these matters.

I like the major members of the board and officers and pray they will get some traction here so we can all make some money.

Thank you for your thoughts.

Sharpei
