Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

q4 earnings

Hey I had a quick question about investor expectations/behaviour pertaining to earnings.

Artis is releasing their earnings Feb 28 after the market close. How do companies decided to release their earnings? Why not do it before market open? Is there something to hide or is there a TSX requirement that some have to report before and some after market close? Just curious
