Theres a reason why the stock is up as of late!

Well people this company rid itself of their Tourel project in Argentina.    After speaking with management it made total sense.   Argentina is becoming a much harder place to do business in.   Their neighbour Pan American Silver might halt development of one of the largest Silver deposits in the world for example.

So rather than pay land fees to hold the land NEI opted out.

Moving forward to today now.    You notice how management has picked up a lot of cheap shares at this level.   I wouldnt be surprised if they have found a new property to put into this company by now.   

Yes this is pure speculation.    However big insider buying is always a tip off.   Not to mention the stock has cleared out a ton of shares as of recent.   For now this stock is very much like seed stock.   Its so cheap its much like a shell.    For this reason I have been buying at these levels and will continue to do so.
