Why would the share price go beserk on this news?

They announced they have a second skin lightenere. To me that is not that big of a deal. Yes it is good but certainly not something to make the share price go beserk. I dont think you have a clue what you are talking about.

 

As for all the comments on financing, what financing is the company doing? Have I missed something? Is there a PP in place? I dont recall this ever being released by the company.
