Who else would know besides that compnay....Nobody. Summer22 may have been privy to some information such as companies who were interested in Cline and visited the site and maybe some other rumours but directlly from the company who is supposed to be putting in this last minute offer? Come on! Summer22, I hope you realize that if Cline goes into dilution, you could be responsible for some everyday people losing their retirment funds because they are taking your word for it. So, until you provide some concrete evidence and not specualtion, I suggest you stop pumping.
