on behalf of shareholders everywhere...

on behalf of shareholders everywhere...

dear executive management team,

thank-you for paying lip-service to us shareholders. your quest to "maximize shareholder value" was well received. however, it does seem that over there at head office no one clued you in to the fact that we appreciate the shareprice going UP not down. that's usually how it works. see, a higher share price means each investor's holdings increase in value and upon selling we are richer. we then spend that money in the economy and, thus, other sectors benefit from our savings and investment. overall, the economy thrives.

however, when you cr*p the bed none of those steps happen. in fact, the opposite occurs... wealth is destroyed.

now, i, like many other investors, work too hard to simply see my money flushed down the toilet. fortunately, i avoided investing in your pathetic company. however, others weren't so lucky. for them, you have destroyed their dreams. you've made it so they have to work harder and longer before they retire all the while you continue at your job like the complete idiots that you are. but i would just like you to know there is a special place in he*l for you. enjoy the remainder of your sorry lives.

sincerely,

every shareholder in your company.
