RE: I simply don't understand

The best post I've seen from you bakken.    WND would issue a news release saying no other bidder is coming forward until BEP is gone for multiple reasons.  First it explains why there has been no other bidder but they are prepared to bid once they are gone and second plain and simple its the truth and people seem to like that.

BEP has stated 2 things.   They will NOT increase their offer AND they will NOT extend it again.  So if they don't get the shares by Feb 21 they are as they say done bidding or may at a later date bid lower but no higher than $2.60   and if they do go back on their word WND will expose them and ruin their reputation in the future if BEP tries to buyout anyone else.  I would think BEP's goodwill would meen something to them.  So they can wait for a better offer and tender to a better offer or sell to the market out of spite whatever it doesn't really matter.

If WND shareholders have to wait to see value so be it.  It was never the intention to sell now. The company wanted to sell 3 years from now but as it was some shareholder just said enough is enough we want money now.  If you want money now take it... whether through tender or disposion in the market if you are a loyal invester to WND either accept that a later offer will come or if you think it will be much later and are fraustrated sell into the market and buyback cheaper.  The market players who just jumped on for the ride... do whatever you want I'm sure the next oppertunity is just around the corner and care less about WND.

WND will grow their assets no matter how long this crazyness goes on... The question is NOT whether the company will grow because it sure will but do you want your money NOW or can you wait for better value. I'm gonna quote you bakken you nailed in the line

"It is obviously a personal choice, and no one should feel bullied by one side or the other. There is no correct answer for everyone. You cannot worry about what everyone else is doing, as you have absolutely no control over what they do. Do what is correct for you."

Amen

Good Luck to All
