What happens

if the merger is voted down and ER is sold?  On pg 42 (u) it says we have 62.2mil of debt. How much of that will be repayed because of the ER sale? If all is paid back we will be debt free with 17.7mil working capital plus credit facility. Our production is 3391boe/d as stated in pg42(w). Deisman posted that he found a new license to drill a crude oil well north of Slave Lake on the ERCB site. I confimed that. So if the merger fails, we could be a debt free oil/gas producer with 17.7 mil in cash and a oil prospect north of Slave Lake. The divy may be the question. Overall not horrible, but I still wish we would have ER. IMO
