Take out is imminent? Just based on the PFS? If so, not quite. UIC hasn't been issued yet, though it most certainly will. The 2nd issue is the resolution of the town ordinance banning sulphuric acid. This company is not just developing the Florence copper project but they are building a wealth of expertise in insitu copper mining.

I hope they don't get taken out at all. I would much rather ride this until they are fully matured. A buyout at this point would really short change the investors.
