It's Not a Question of if the IMC Deal Will Go Thr Given that there are no certainties in life.... other than death and taxes, I think the IMC deal will go through.
- Considering Woulfe is on the low end of the cost curve, it just doesn't make sence why IMC would seek a resource supply some where else, when they already have a cost effective one in their own backyard.
- The fact that Woulfe brought on Ned Goodman on board is a savy business move. It conveys to IMC to get on board or this train will leave without you!
- With Ned Goodman, the probability of Woulfe going to production has increase significantly.......with or without IMC.
JMHO of course.
