Pwalk, your info is much appreciated. I will maintain my reservations about the financials of this merger, however, your confidence and knowledge of this new management is comforting. I am led to believe they have served you well. As far as the Avenex management goes, I won't speak on behalf of other shareholders, but my dissatisfaction stems from their lack of transparency and watching my buy-in drop steadily from $5.64 to $2.34 and the dividend being cut from $0.045 to $0.035 and now a pending $0.03 all the while boasting of a "modest growth company" with a "sustainable dividend". I argue that this performance should not be rewarded and I don't want to simply walk away as some have suggested. I think if we could step away from this merger for a short period to sort out some of these issues and maybe convince certain billionaires to leave their $750K on the table it would benifit us all. I know this is also a sticking point with Pace and Novacorp. I havnt been informed as to why the CPP is voting no, but I am convinced they must have a good reason as well. Thanks again!
