Sadly ggrellette, I don't think management can come up with a better deal for anyone. If you can, get your hands on the latest edition of "Oil and Gas Inquirer". Robert Cooper of Haywood Securities Inc. has an interesting article on why bigger is better and this merger may just work, based on his criteria...
