Links I think you have sized the situation up very well but such is life and us old farmers have thick skin. If the company decides to proceed to raise financing and build their own mill it will be interesting to see how many lenders make an offer for the 100% financing they need and at what terms. Perhaps Apogee can convince the Bolivian government into providing the financing but the Term Sheet for a deal like that would probably be a nightmare since Bolivia is not a capitalist society. Too many things can go wrong going with the mill construction route so I'm back to a takeover as the best and cleanest alternative.
