I disagree. At this point, there is no way to predict when this will be a 10+ stock. The big hurdle after the UIC and teh town ordinance issue is the zoning of the non-state lands. When the non-state lands issue is finally resolved, that is when we will see the lid come off the stock price in terms of a 10+ share price. If they resolve it before build out, it might be a couple of years but not a "few."
