3 questions about tendering to BEP

3 questions about tendering to BEP

I am a long time WNDEF shareholder and follower of this board .  I have not made up my mind yet about tendering my shares and would like to pose some questions.

1) If BEP does not get the necessary 50%, will the shares tendered now just be given back to the shareholder?

2) If BEP does get the 50%, will they pay $2.60 for all remaining shares? Is that the ten day period that keeps being mentioned?

3) If the answer to #2 is yes and we will get $2.60 for our shares anyway, what is the advantage of tendering now?
