UIc is imminent, town ordinace is before federal judge and will be ruled unconstitituinal - ordinace picks on Curis and no other company ......ruling will be expected in ne xt few months, Curis will do state land for 8 to 9 years before going back to nonstate land - Rankin after giving his buddy Johnson water rights to southern part of city without public consultation, will not get reelected next term in my opinion.
