Up Coming Events

Anyone want to speculate on future events? Over the past two months (Jan-Feb) two insiders have filed large issues under a transaction 22 (merger, take over) and the new CFO is linked to a M&A Advisory firm called Ivey Capital, according to his LinkedIn profile. It seems to me that as Centric continues to suffer, management has become more opaque with shareholder information. Looks to me like the company is prepping for either some equity dilution or bankruptcy; however bk so soon seems odd considering the company recently made further amendments to debt covenants.

Finding info on Ivey has been difficult, which raises further red flags.

Any thoughts or info here?
