RE: Ambre's economic woes shared by all coal compa

Look at the costs mokita, and you'll see that at even today's prices, Raven is more than profitable.

Ok, you don't like coal because you're convinced that it kills.

Have you forgotten what the Nuclear Power Plant meltdowns in Japan and Russia did to their population and to the Earth's atmosphere?

How about the Tar Sands?  How much heat is being released into the Earth's atmosphere?

Automobile emissions, well we all drive one whether it be gas, diesel or hybrid, and they all pollute except for the ethanol, or fully electric vehicles, but they aren't mainstream yet are they?

Pulp and paper, we all use it somehow, someway.  The biggest threat IMO is depletion of our trees, because without them you'll be buying oxygen just as fast if not faster and more expensive than the fuel for you car.

Let's cut the bs for a minute.  Sure we need to be responsible, but unfortunately, stopping those that are responsible isn't a cure, it's nothing and won't make a dent in the end.  We are far away from being independent of fossil fuels, yet we need to mine and use our resources responsibly.

If CEC can't mine Raven responsibly, then they won't, or at least shouldn't get an EA certificate, IMO.  But, if they can, and do present themselves as responsible miners, then give up this campaign of misleading information, because it's not the way things work.
