Hopefully the change happens quick I really suspect green team takes this thing down - to be honest, I really would be surprised to see the courts not believing that the green voters got screwed here. If the numbers are correct, the percentage of votes the dissidents got is frankly amazing. As far as shareholder rights, one would think at least another vote would have to occur or just an overturning of the decision made at the AGM. Either way, I do see green team getting in, and even those that are critical of the "family" and Agoracommers, probably feel the same way to some degree.
But then the real fun starts. Getting the funds and beginning another drilling program will be a big first test - the environment for fundraising is very poor - soliciting $100 cheques for legal fees is one thing - getting a $3-5 million placement for drilling is another. To those that think the share price will "pop" on news of new management are living in denial - there may be a few upticks, but the placement will be at the 15 cent range at best. What happens if they can't raise the money? What happens then? Contigency plan?
Then the real, real fun starts if they do miraculously get the money. The drill results start to come in, and my educated guess, is there is a high likelihood the results look similar to the past. What if they worse? What does the "family" do then? Pump CB (which if the press release is completely accurate is a dead end) or Vilcro?
Don't kid yourselves, the energy and time is all on the "fight" for now - but the likes of scupin et al will be on pins and needles when the real corporate work takes place. Guaranteed, sculpin is hoping for some type of position with the company. Based on his analysis and credentials, he would be well suited as VP Exploration - I mean, doesn't reading dusty old reports multiple times and making giant leaps of faith qualify as a Masters in Geology and decades of industry experience on the field?
