Now   that  the  voting   deadline  has  passed  and  the  no  vote  is  prevailing ,a  NO   voter  should  be  expected  to  be  harassed and  browbeaten  by  proxy  solicitation  agents  , management , brokers  etc.  ( that  you  are  paying  for )  .  Don't  be  intimidated  by  them   and  maintain  your  No  vote .  They  will  likely  try   and  dissuade  you  by  warning  of  the  dire consequences  of  same.  At   management's  discretion  a  NO  vote  can  be  "  converted"   to  a  yes  vote   but  of  course   a  yes  vote  would not  be  allowed  to  convert  to  a  NO  vote.
