Seen this before! I’m not really sure what the complaints are all about here. I’ve been following this company for some time, only to see real buying opportunities emerge over the last 3 months as the price has bottomed and volumes have dried up. This is the same with every junior company I follow; it reminds me of the turnaround in late 2009 to early 2010. Everyone was bitter over losses and had little dry powder. I was lucky enough to have cash on the sidelines so it was the best time in years to pick up junior issues and in 2010 I made a killing. I’m no genius, but I believe the same thing is going on right now, so the same opportunity exists. So for me, this is the time to buy, when there’s a lot of griping.
As for the lawsuit, the way I see it, Sierra had to take legal action against their neighbors. Mexico’s regulatory system and is quite strong so no doubt the “neighboring company” will lose in the end. In the meantime, has no one noticed this is a good sign for this company? Their assets are strong enough for the neighbors to risk litigation just to get a crack at them!
Maybe we are talking about the same stock promoter here, maybe not, but yes Smarbee hurt. As for Condor I can’t say. But this guy also tipped a bunch of us on Osisko, and frankly, fortunes were made on that one. That was a great trade!
I get humbled a lot by these markets and perhaps I have just been lucky, or perhaps I am just a good “vulture” at the right time, but for me these are the best times to buy. Underfollowed and with zero promotion, it is really easy to see how this could go on a run from here. Big board markets are improving all over and Chinese and US industrial raw materials demand is picking up again. The juniors always move last, but when they do, they move violently. Good fortune to those with the courage or dry powder to bargain hunt this deal now!
