Bayfield & RR, no use arguing. who's in control?

RR will never raise the capitol (100's of m's,) to actualy mine the area.. they will go through  the processing steps & wait for a buyer. but ,, makes sense that they should ( not "have to") but should buy BYV , simply for the complete "package",   to sell the  complete deal & package to someone else. is RR a mining management company or is management a prospecting & developing company ? what experience has management showed or expressed that they can actualy handle "mininig"? when will  they buy BYV ?? who knows, could be any day or any year. simply  a waiting game. so, who is control?? not us,,jmo.
