I was not as fortunate as you and got my shares at 3 cents I paid 3.5 cents......however being an investor I sold 75% of my shares at 8 cents....I would have gladly repurchased at 8 cents if they hit oil.....as far as your hi lighted explanation.....you are correct in there need to satisfy an agreement....but what you failed to disclose ( really bad pumper such as you always do) is to mention that two oil companies spent millions of dollars and years surveying this property.....the two compaines with all their wisdom and resources concluded the best chance to find oil are in these locations......so, this brings us to today, if they have deemed these two were the best chance of success and it was a bust, what makes us so sure the fracing will work????......do not tell me to leave any board again...please
