...KBG sold all their share with Desjardins the last couple of weeks...

The 3.6m shares they received in Nov. are restricted - THEY CAN NOT SELL THEM BEFORE MARCH 23rd. No ifs or buts with this - IT WOULD BE ILLEGAL even to short sell and cover later.
