I still don't think the deal is dead. It may be in "trouble", but certainly not dead. The company is still mentioning the strategic agreement with IMC on their website, even in yesterdays press release. Replies from the company confirm that the negotiations are still on. Who knows may be it's "dying" but not dead as yet. Lets' get the Debenture closed, $5 mil. paid asap and see what unfolds. Perhaps this is just what's needed to bring the parties to an agreement.
