Toporowski has a few million more shares left,and there is nothing wrong with taking money off the table no matter who you are CEO or Board member. When one wants to sell some shares he or she must do so after the news is out,not before and not knowing news is pending so as soon as the news was out he had to jump or they would be back in Black out real quick as they are a very news proactive company.That is what he did and you know he probably paid .10 or below for his shares.so why not take some money at  a 900 % profit sounds good to me. No matter who the hell you are I am quite sure you would do the same ,I would. He was involved with West Timmons and that went well?So all this talk about Toperorowski dumping and causing a ruckus why would he sell and what is wrong with Bar? nothing is wrong with bar it is a winner and he was just taking some profit, good on him.Now it is time to load up at these prices what a deal.We must be close to the bottom now?
