Hemostemix Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage biotechnology company. So I've heard. That is a VERY late earnings release. Might as well be a Q1.

At the end of the day I understand why; it's about segmenting out an operation that is no longer part of the business. That takes some time to get the accounting right. Lets hope this is the end of late earnings releases as these are certainly not viewed favourably by public/institutional investors.

On the positive management will have Q1 almost completed by the time they report 4Q12, which should enable management to provide meaningful guidance for the year.
