May prove to be an excellent decision based on our collective DD. 43-101 compliant resource of approximately 70 million tons of quality construction aggregate! Market value at $20/ton is 1.5 billion dollars!! Easy ocean access and shipping. Construction builds in NW of BC is a staggering number in the 10's of billions!!! PP is filling up quickly. Many new investors on board! Permit gets closer and closer every day. Sure....there have been some delays along the way....but our management team has stayed focused and we have hit a number of important objectives on the way to our important goal of Swamp Point going into production! I think if one looks more closely into the issue of a tree permit requirement; that was dealt with several years ago! Just need to get the Terrace office up to speed on what's been happening all along with the application process. Shouldn't be too long to resolve this situation! Then a signature and stamp from the Regional Office before it goes to an Inspector for final approval. Probably take a few weeks or so.....Many seasoned Financial Groups studying our company and considering lending us the 3 million dollars. Now....why would so many Financial Groups be wasting their time on us? After all, we're not sexy ....right?? Could it have something to do with the insitu value of our Swamp Point property? Could it also have something to do with where are market cap is at the moment? Could have something to do with relationship between our market cap and the insitu value of Swamp Point???
