RE: Forced Sale?

RE: Forced Sale?

frammel2020: you have excellent points.  Why the April deadline?  What's wrong with the scheduled AGM timeline for BOD elections?  What's wrong with the current BOD (sure it would be nice to see them each take larger positions without doing it through options) - they have excellent backgrounds in either oil or financing oil companies.  To be honest, I think this is just some larger shareholders grandstanding to create some buzz around a company they have recently established a position in.  I wonder if they are currently selling into the rally their hype is creating?  I don't want management jumping willy nilly into whatever acquisitions are available RIGHT NOW just to placate some twitchy share holders (and definitely not to make some whiners who own no shares happy on a BB).  Nor do I want them to sell for $3.00 like one of those aforementioned whiners suggested.  The company is worth much more than that and I have the patience to see it through.  If you want immediate results, day trade penny stocks.  Value investments take time, but over time outperform.
