Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Some thoughts

Ulaan Ovoo is about 260 miles from Ulaanbaartar and a rail line runs north from Ulaanbaatar into Russia. I recall reading that Ulaan Ovoo is was about ~120 km from rail and believe that it must be the same rail line.

Is it possible that Mongolia has already decided that Ulaan Ovoo's coal will be initially used to Power Plants serving Ulaanbaatar and it's vicinity and for Russian Power Plants in close proximity to the Mongolia's border..
