RE: Interesting quote from Mr. Entwistle I wonder at some point if TELUS might not look at a potential stock split. With a unified share structure, they've achieved one of their goals for increasing liquidity, but with a share price approaching $70 and the potential to break that within the next few months on the basis of good corporate results, it's getting out of that magic range where a lot of companies view their share price as attractive to retail investors (and which they target). In the US, Coca-Cola initiated a share split in part for that reason as they were getting over the $70 range, and the Canadian banks and utilities have done the same.
