Yes, I absolutely agree with you, freewest.  I lost a lot of money on Oilexco myself even though I only bought it at $1.50 and sold at 75 cents before it went to 0.  I also believe it was an orchestrated bankruptcy and all these guys who were touting the stock as a buy made a killing shorting it while the little guys lost it all.  From that I learned never to listen to any of these people because behind their recommendation to buy or sell, there is always their own agenda.  Acker probably shorted Niko and that's why he is saying he would sell immediately.  They can hide what they are doing in many different ways and besides, who will ever check whatever disclosure they give on BNN?  Anyway, who cares what Acker or Schachter say?  Always best to make your own assessment of risk and decide if it's worth as an investment.
