Once Brookfield takes control, the first order of business will be to change the BOD.

Then they take up the untendered shares for $2.60.

Then they disolve the company and absorb the assets into Brookfield.

But that might take a while, and those who do not tender may have to wait for a long time to get the same compensation that those who tender get next week.
