Soliciting Agents

Soliciting Agents

For those who are too dense to understand why BEP would use soliciting agents, just consider how bright most retail investors are, which is not very. Many who receive the voting proxies in the mail don't bother voting, so contacting them to remind them of the option to tender is money well spent. Others simply do not understand what is going on, or don't even know about the offer. Again, contacting them personally makes sense.

All shareholders should have the same information in a sales process, and the only ones whining about using soliciting agents are those who don't want BEP to succeed.
