Read carefully what you said above. Jeffyboy not playing by the rules ????... His fiduciary duty is to maximize shareholders value. So, when you say that he is not playing by the rules, the only thing I see him doing is paying himself $3 million for a sale that has not happened yet and at the same time, have no other "better" offer on the table AND also telling shareholders to not accept the "only" offer on the table.

So,who has benefitted in all this game of "jeffyboy not playing by the rules".

Go Figure !!
