His answer makes absolutely no sense ... he says they do not bid just for break up fees???? What the ----- ?

Yes Jeff they bid to own the company and the BREAK UP FEE is there to protect their bid making a counter from another company IMPOSSIBLE ... 

You actual drank the KOOL AID and are blind deaf and dumb now ......that is an absurd response to a legit question .....
