Might there be an outside chance you're being a little selective in your analysts comments?
Not everyone is recommending the stock, and a review of history will reveal that some of the same 'Buy' side commentary was equally bullish some 2 years back ( a little more than a couple of weeks ) when the stock was trading in the $6-$8 dollar range.
Point being that analysts comments are just that..comments !! They have no more infinite wisdom than most...but they think they do. And they sure aren't any better at quantifying the 'human' factor .. and that's always the dark horse in this game. Humans aren't always rational..maybe your price slide here speaks to that issue.
The Analyst 'ulterior motive' issue aside..( that's a big one to put aside ) one need look no further than all the glowing coverage on PSN not so long ago..bit of a love-in. Of course that all changed once the uglies surfaced. As is so frequently the case..the much vaunted analysts are so often quick to get on the bus and very late getting off.
Not meant to be a reflection on LRE and its prospects, or lack of, but I'd sure be reluctant to be using 'analysts' musings to support my gambling habit.
