RE: Keystone

RE: Keystone

Keystone is a long long term solution to the glut issue. By the end of 2013, we have the Seaway pipeline and the Enbridge line 9 which can both alleviate the issue for now since these 2 pipelines are already in the ground and it is just a matter of reversing it. It will be done by the end of this year. Especially line 9 is good for light oil compares to heavy oil which need refineries from the Gulf and we can get Brent prices. Still I would like to see RPL price hedging reach 75%+ for both 2013 and 2014. The dividend is the main reason to attract big funds players to the stock and the hedging is a huge incentive for doing so.
