Yes, I meant that Taliman has recently stated they are considering seeking a partner for Kurdistan, and Topkana would be the block in reference. I have not heard that K-3 was delayed but we are now in the last full week of February- although just past halfway- and news yet so just wondering if anyone had heard anything. Usually spuding gives sp a lift and we have been regressing significantly so a boost would be nice.
