I have also sent a letter to Lucy Becker, Vice President of public affairs at Iiroc requesting an explanation of the trading on ORT on February 14 and the previous 6 months.

Funny how Iiroc had a news release on February 14 titled " Iiroc Issues Final Guidance on Manipulative and Deceptive Trading Practices"

Pointing out that ORT is a perfect example
