Looks like the nays have it, or at least >33.3% of the vote, enough to scuttle the deal, and management desperately wants that well deserved (LOL) severance package, so they need to drum up some support amongst those who have not voted or changes from against to in favour for some who voted no. They had no choice but to postpone, and will have trouble finding votes, especially given the Glass Lewis negative recommendation and the CPP No vote. Interesting times. I wonder deal changes might be in the works to make this more attractive to PCE shareholders...
