Comparing last three reserves report give me the impression of that Ed and hios guys want CVI shareholders take this buy-out offer.

Btw. the report contains mistake - they write "Drilling activity in 2013 included the drilling of two delineation wells at Ras Nowmah and a water injection well at Hiswah. Drilling activity was restricted by security and local issues." But it is not in 2013 IMHO
