I read this as the signs of another upcoming dilutive stock offering at less than NAV. I don't think anyone should be holding shares when they issue more and transfer another 50 cents of your equity into someone else's pocket. Buy in after they do this, and at a lower price, once the bag holders realize what happened - again - and bail out in disgust.
