"prob, how do you know there are no other bidders?? you an insider?"

Read WND's NR. It says that "Loud and Clear"

Remember the "Chilling Effect" !!

Last Bidder was almost 2 years ago !!.. This company's management has no intention of selling. Watch, how, if the bid fails and the stock price tanks, there will be coming a financing in short order, more stock dilution (happened after AQN bid failed) and management will most probably grant them more stock options.

Somebody was asking how come value is up only 10 cents since AQN bid. Remember, the share float increased (more shares outstanding). BEP is looking for a deal that makes business sense for them and are offering a "reasonable" price. Alienating the only bidder sends a clear message to the market that we are going to play "hard ball" every time some one comes with an offer. This will definitely make any other "potential bidders" stay away from this company.
