I would not be concerned about the condensate if they end up supplying.... I never liked the idea of gas cycling for such a tight reservoir, and there is plenty of heavy crude in the region (including their own) which is badly in need of some condensates (shipping, etc).

I do have my own concerns related to the credibility of the purchaser. They were only encorporated in 2011, and combined cycle plants (to my limited knowledge) can be complicated.... This is both amplified and allayed by the very near-term timeline of Q2-- either there has been substantial work/comittments or this outfit is in way over their head.
