Thanks for the information and It is regrettable that you, yourself cannot oversee the operation since your blaming Shanahan for events that occur in all mining operations are forefold but with you at the helm all would be utopian.  Looking at other mining stocks that sell for exagerated amounts over book value, no income, high P/Es etc., I guess you, yourself would relish the bullishness of investing in what?  Invest in, as an example, Nflx which earns .29 cents and stock price of almost $200.00, better buy huh?
