I wasn't looking at takeover value. I took the roughly 335 million shares outstanding, added in the 100 million for conversion of the debs, divided the total by 100 million and multiplied that times the 50 million price of the debs and got slightly over 200 million for the package. The money will liikely be gone by time there is a takeover offer, if there is one.

Have I made an error in my calculations? Anyhow, the shares should be worth around twice the current price at thta valuation..
